Cancelling a Subscription

Follow these step to cancel your Ally subscription:

  • Login to your Ally account

  • Go to Settings > Billing

  • Click on 'Cancel subscription'

  • From the pop-up modal, provide your feedback and click 'Cancel'

Your subscription will be canceled at the end of your subscription cycle. You may use the platform until then.
