Saved Replies

A snippet of text that can be quickly added to the editor when replying to a customer or a visitor.

Here are some benefits of using quick responses or saved replies:

  • Speed up the response time

  • Tackling repetitive queries

  • Provide consistent answers to the common questions

  • Manage multiple conversations in parallel


Creating Saved Replies

From the Live Chat Screen

  1. Click on 'Join the Conversation'

  2. Click on 'Bookmark' or type '/' to access the Saved Replies

  3. Click on '+ Create Saved Reply'

  4. Give 'Title' and define the 'Message or Reply'

  5. Click on 'Create' to create the Saved Reply

From the Settings Screen

  1. Go to 'Settings' > Live Chat > Saved Replies

  2. Click on 'Create Saved Reply' on the top right corner

  3. Give 'Title' and define the 'Message or Reply'

  4. Click on 'Create'
