Deleting Account

Ally takes user data very seriously. To comply with GDPR and CCPA rules, you can request to delete your personal information or your Ally account at any time.

To request for account deletion:

• Create a ticket and mention your request

OR

• Email your request to [email protected]

Note:

Once deleted, all your account and chat data will be deleted.

The request will be processed within 24 business hours.
