Testing a Chatbot

Ally enables bot testing prior to production deployment.

How Do I Test My Chatbot?

  1. Go to 'Bot Builder'

  2. 'Open' the bot you want to test

  3. Click on 'Test this Bot'

Once you click on 'Test this Bot', a different window will open up allowing you to test the flow of the bot that you have built.

You will need to allow pop-ups on your browser in case you do not see the window opening up.

The link is publicly available and can be shared with the other team members.
