SMS

To launch your chatbot on your SMS channel, you need to get APIs from our list of SMS partners:

1. Twilio

2. TechAlpha

Follow these steps once you receive the SMS APIs:

Twilio

1. Go to Channel Configuration > SMS > Configuration

2. Click “Create SMS configuration”

3. Enter the “Phone number”

4. Login to your Twilio account

5. Navigate to the Account > Settings

   • Copy the “Account SID”

   • Copy the “Auth token”

6. Paste these values on the Ally configuration screen and hit “Save”

7. Test by sending “Hi” to your SMS number

4. Reach out to your Account Manager at TechAlpha

   • Copy the “Username”

   • Copy the “Password”

   • Copy the “ANI”

5. Paste these values on the Ally configuration screen and hit “Save”

6. Test by sending “Hi” to your SMS number
