When an outbound message is sent to a contact via SMS or WhatsApp, the message can be:

• Not send - Phone number is invalid, the message was not sent

• Sent but not delivered - Phone number is valid, but the message was not delivered

• Delivered but not seen - The message was delivered, but the contact has not viewed the message yet

• Seen but not replied - The message has been delivered and viewed, but the contact has not replied (only for WhatsApp)
